Battleing Rules

Here are the rules for battleing pokemon

First and foremost NO GOD MODDING! We're going to experiment with you guys if you can follow this rule dice rolls will not be necisarrybut if god modding get out of hand so sorry but you going to use dice to attack

as for the pokemon leauge all trainers in a region who have obtained 8 badges may partake in a bi-anual tournoment that decides the 5 best trainers who will get the chance to ace up against the eilte four and champion, one loss and your out though. The first person to fight the eilte four will be the person who placed first in the tournoment.
